Galileus Cerclage Sinus®: Description: This innovative technique focuses on the upper jaw, specifically in the 18/28 section of the posterior alveolar maxilla. It utilizes a special pterygoid implant measuring 19/21 mm to reach the cortical plates of the sphenoid, ensuring a solid anchorage and a supporting force exceeding 100 Newtons of torque. The procedure concludes with the insertion of a nasal implant in the 15/25 section, providing a fixed solution for chewing, even in the posterior areas of the upper maxilla with severe atrophy and absence of alveolar bone. Advantages: Avoids autologous bone grafts and extensive lifts, promising complete chewing up to the last posterior molar.

Cortical Frontal and Posterior Basal Implantology: Description: This technique utilizes frontal zygomatic implants (one per zygoma) and pterygoid implants (two per side) to achieve a dental prosthesis with 14 fixed ceramic teeth. The approach is based on stabilizing the dental arch through well-placed implants, ensuring functional stability and satisfactory aesthetics. Advantages: Excellent stability, complete chewing function, and satisfactory aesthetics without the use of removable teeth.

Immediate Load Implantology Without Dental Implants with Subperiosteal Grid: Description: This complex technique is suitable for challenging cases where frontal insertion of zygomatic implants is not possible. It involves a special Cone Beam CT scan followed by the creation of a custom titanium three-dimensional grid. The grid is applied during the procedure, providing stable anchorage for an immediately loaded provisional prosthesis. After an integration period, the final prosthesis is fixed on all implants, offering a complete and durable solution; in this case, the two pterygoid implants inserted previously and left at rest for the 6-month osseointegration period are also loaded. Advantages: Resolves complex cases without requiring frontal insertion of zygomatic implants, providing a stable prosthesis in a short time with immediate loading.

Each technique has specific benefits and can be customized based on the patient’s needs. Contact us today at +39 388 7527525 to determine which approach is best suited to your specific case.
